Refunds will only be given if your item arrives faulty.
Contact and returns must be made within 14  days.

Products are described to the best of our ability,pictures will vary from time to time and from viewing platforms(computer / mobile devices). In that case a credit will only be offered as it is considered a change of mind,the decision is final and non negotiable (these will be assessed on a case by case basis)..

Postage is up to the customers to pay for both exchanges and returns.
